• If placing orders from Tamilnadu, the minimum order value should be ₹3000. For cracker orders from other states like Karnataka and Pondicherry, the minimum order value should be ₹5000. 

• At Sivakasi Green Crackers, we do not accept or ship orders to cities/states where crackers are banned. 

• Once our team receives the inquiry form when someone submits an order. One of our executives will get in touch with you within 24 hours of the initial inquiry. 

Payment Policies at Sivakasi Green Crackers

• At Sivakasi Green Crackers, we dispatch the crackers order only when the full payment is made. 

• The final quote we give for your cracker order is inclusive of charges like delivery, packaging and taxes. 

• The price displayed and the price of the crackers is to change anytime, subject to the right owned by Sivakasi Green Crackers. 

• Once the checkout is complete, we will be sending you the order digital copy and details of payment to your mail inbox. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy at Sivakasi Green Crackers

• In case of cancellation, customers will be charged 15% and only 85% of the total payment will be refunded to the customer.
